A healthy and delicious snack, these no sugar brownies
I found this tasty recipe on GlowOfBeauty.nl and because of her enthusiasm I just had to bake these myself. One of my colleagues is living a suger free lifestyle and I would like to join her for as much as possible. This recipe was so easy and so quick that I almost didn’t believe it was tasty, but I can tell you: delicious!
3 ripe bananas
35 gr cacao powder
115 gr peanutbutter
I had only two bananas so I made only 2/3rd of the recipe and this was the result. I ended up using a different peanut butter, with chunks in it and made of 100% peanuts.
Mash the bananen with a fork or a kitchen tool. Add the cacao powder. Heat the peanut butter on the stove or in the microwave for only 30 sec so the peanut butter becomes liquid. Mix it all up. Place a baking sheet into an over tray or a glass tray like I did. Add the mixture, it should be about 1.5 cm thick. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough dough, it doesn’t spread. Bake the brownie in a pre-heated oven at 175 degrees Celsius and bake for about 20 minutes. Don’t bake it dry, juicy is more tasty. Leave it to cool down or even place it in the fridge after 15 minutes. Divide into little bon bon cube sizes for a healthy snack.
