Last summer we already saw a teaser, but now it’s really here, Nike has launches their plus size collection

Finally, it’s here! Nike has launched its plus size collection. Last year we already expected such, when they posted a photo on their Instagram of nikewomen of plus size model Paloma Elsesser. It’s here now and yes, also available in Europe!

It’s not a special collection (thank God) but they’ve extended some items from the collection up to plus sizes. It makes me so happy that they have done it this way, finally a huge brand who puts us in the section with all the other women. They do have a different sizing system, well slightly different. In the US this is common but in Europe it’s not really, sizes 1X, 2X and 3X. Though it sounds a whole lot better than XXXL right? The size break down is quite broad because all fabrics are light and have stretch, keep that mind.

The collection is like an extention from the regular collection. I went online on the Dutch website to check out the items and I’ve shown a few below which I would wear. If you want to see all of them, please have a look on the Nike website. These are really my thing, when (yes, I say when) I work out I like to wear straight pants or leggings and these with print are so cute. They match everything, like this black and grey top. When I work out I like to bring a cardigan for after, this one is just perfect to wear as leisure wear as well.

influencers

What’s so cool is that Nike has collaborated with plus size influencers to launch this plus size collection. This way you don’t just get to see the items on the fit models on the website, but also on plus size models and bloggers. Also you get to see more items from the collection which might be available later, but you also get to see how they look and how to style them. The crop top thing isn’t really something for me personally, but without the knot it’s still a gorgeous combo! I love how the photos turned out, they all look amazing!

shopping tips

Good to know is that when you order over 50 euros you get free shinning. Returning is for free, so when you have doubts about which size you need, just order two sizes. Also have look at the sports bras section, they go up to cup E.
