This outfit is inspired by seventies suede and is combined with stripes and a little bow

An ongoing trend is faux suede fabric in all kinds of garments, which I’m wearing in this look. The skater skirt in a faux suede fabric has a nice flow and the perfect shape, feeling so 70’s. The wind was strong, so my outfit went all over there place, but not up!

Remember, always wear anything you like and where you feel great in. As long as you feel great, you’ll look great. Yes, the skirt could be longer and less wide. And yes, someone decided curvy girls aren’t supposed to wear horizontal stripes. Also, yes my arms are pale and bare but who cares about all those rules? Lets just wear whatever makes us feel happy, to me it’s this look with that little bow which I am wearing my hair. The heart shaped sunnies I bought at a thrift shop, I thought they were so cute!

The stripes and fit give me that seventies vibe, which I love. When I saw this top I knew right away that I loved it, I shopped the top at Forever21 and it’s a size 2X. The color combination is what’s typically me, camel combined with black and white and to emphasize the 1970’s look I chose a suede skirt to go with it. It’s a skater skirt and I wear it high waisted for the right curve effect which I got from New Look and it’s a size 20. All items are linked below by the way. The tights are from Ulla Popken and are a size 48/50, the ankle boots I borrowed from the lovely Anouschka, thanks love!
